Appointment Cancellation Policy

Deposits are required to hold a clients appointment and are non-refundable. Deposit amount comes out of total due for service. If client needs to change appointment day or time, we require 48 hours notice. Appointments can be moved as a one time curtesy. Cancellations within 48 hours as well as no shows forfeits the deposit due to Avec Elle Beauty Bar reserving that time frame for them. In case of an emergency, please call us at 610-619-0066.

Retail Products

Retail is returnable as long as it is unused and sealed (if applicable) within a 30 day span from purchase. This is due to product shelf life. Receipt is required. If purchased online, customer is responsible for return shipping.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable.

Memberships and Packages

Memberships are automatically renewed. If the client wishes not to renew the membership, however it has already posted to their account, they can contact us within 5 days for a refund. They cannot have used any sessions within the new month if they wish to receive a refund. 

Packages purchased can be refunded within 30 days as long as none of the sessions have been used.
